Dear sirs,
Together with this letter I hereby announce that, jumbo carp about 30 kg I have just had a message yesterday and arrived at our place, but why now the fish are already dead.Not just four or five fish, but dozens of dead fish.

As evidence of the photographs I attach with this letter, please reply and his actions to these events because this incident was unusual.

We hope soon follow, and does not occur in the order at a later date, as this is very detrimental to the pace of commerce of our company. When you repeat this mistake for the second time we regretfully had to decide the cooperative relationship that has existed so far.
